Preview Appointment

Preview appointments for the bride are essential, however the bridal party can choose to also take advantage of having an appointment too. This is usually completed at the same time/ location as the bride, if this isn't suitable, alternative arrangements can be made. The bridal preview will take place around two-three months before your wedding date. This is the perfect opportunity for you to connect with your artist and create your perfect look, catering to and enhancing your most favourite features whilst most importantly still looking like you. Previews will usually take place during the week as weekend availability is limited.  A preview typically lasts from 2-4 hours trying several of your desired looks if necessary. If you have chosen your veil and/or hair accessory, please have it ready so it can be incorporated into your different looks.

Booking Requirements

Due to popular demand, a minimum booking of £495 is required to proceed with a Wedding booking with Stephanie Alexandra, this excludes a preview appointment and travel charges. This is approximately FIVE services: Example: Bridal Makeup plus four Bridesmaids Makeup or Bride Hair and Makeup plus two Bridesmaids Hair and Makeup. For larger bridal parties, or peace of mind, assistants can be provided to ensure the smooth running of your day for an additional fee. At least one additional artist may be required for parties who require six or more services. Any destination outside of Norwich may be charged 45p per mile. Destinations over 2 hours may incur accommodation charges.

Terms and Conditions

To secure a wedding date with Stephanie Alexandra, a non-refundable retainer fee of 25% of the package cost will be payable upon booking and is redeemable against your quote, payments not made within 48 hours will result in your wedding date being released and available to other clients. Upon paying the retainer fee, it is understood that the client agrees to the T&C's and booking policies stated on the website. A contract must be read, agreed to and signed before proceeding with any booking.

Full payment for your preview appointment will be due 7 days before your appointment. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before your wedding date.  Late payment fees may be applicable if these payment dates are not met.

In the event a date needs to be amended for any reason, the retainer fee will be lost, the client must understand that a new quote may be provided reflecting prices as they are at the time of amendment as opposed to the quote they received at the time of booking and is at the artists discretion.

Cancellation of services must be made at least 60 days before your wedding date. After this period a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancelling any service within four weeks of the wedding date will be still be chargeable at 100% of the quoted cost.

Stephanie Alexandra holds a no refund policy however if in the rare event Stephanie is unable to perform the required services for any reason, the artist will aim to provide an alternative professional with the same beauty aesthetic/ standard. If an alternative artist/ stylist cannot be provided, the client will not be charged any further payments and/ or a refund for the services cancelled will be provided.
