1. Preview Appointment (Mandatory for Bride)

A bridal preview appointment is required for all bridal bookings.

This appointment typically takes place 2–3 months prior to your wedding date and allows us to design and refine your chosen look in detail. The preview ensures alignment on style, longevity and suitability for your wedding day.

Preview appointments are usually held on weekdays due to weekend wedding commitments.

The bridal preview typically lasts between 2–4 hours depending on the desired look. If you have selected your veil, hair accessory or additional styling elements, these should be brought to your appointment.

Members of the bridal party may book preview appointments subject to availability.

Preview fees are separate from your wedding day booking and are payable in advance.

2. Minimum Booking Requirement

Due to limited availability and high demand, a minimum wedding day booking of £495 applies for bookings with Stephanie Alexandra.

This minimum applies to wedding day services only and excludes:

• Preview appointments
• Travel charges
• Accommodation (if required)

For larger bridal parties, additional artists may be required to ensure a smooth and timely schedule. Additional artist fees apply.

Stephanie Alexandra reserves the right to determine when assistant artists are required.

3. Travel & Accommodation

Travel is charged at 65p per mile beyond a 20-mile radius of IP28.

Locations requiring travel exceeding 2 hours may require overnight accommodation. Accommodation costs will be discussed and agreed in advance.

Destination weddings are quoted individually and may include travel and accommodation costs.

4. Booking & Retainer

To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable retainer of 25% of the wedding day booking total is required.

Your booking is not secured until:

• The retainer has been paid
• The contract has been signed

Retainers must be paid within 48 hours of invoice issue. Failure to do so will result in your date being released.

The retainer is redeemable against your final balance.

5. Payment Schedule

A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to secure your wedding date.

A second instalment of 25% is due 3.5 months prior to the wedding.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the wedding date.

Any additional services added after the initial booking may require an immediate payment to ensure the account remains aligned with the agreed instalment structure.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in termination of the booking.

6. Amendments to Booking

Should your wedding date or booking details need to change, the following applies:

• The retainer is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Any amended booking may be subject to updated pricing in line with current rates.
• Date changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.

• More than 60 days prior to the wedding: Retainer retained.
• Within 60 days: 50% of the remaining balance is payable.
• Within 28 days: 100% of the remaining balance is payable.

Bridal party reductions within 4 weeks of the wedding date remain chargeable at full cost.

8. Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that Stephanie Alexandra is unable to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to illness, emergency or severe travel disruption), every effort will be made to arrange a suitable replacement artist of comparable standard.

If a suitable replacement cannot be secured, any payments made (excluding preview services already completed) will be refunded in full.

9. No Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of bridal services, refunds are not offered for completed services.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By paying the booking retainer and signing the contract, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
